The SWF’s are off to a strong start to the season with a 3-0 win against Bosco. Our team, with the welcomed addition of Corinne, was very keen to get back on the field after the summer season off and our enthusiasm really showed in today’s match. Our three goals were scored by the always wonderful Michelle Wise, who got it in the back of the net early and the lovely Sheena Young, who followed with two goals, one in each half. We had some great talking which allowed for beautiful passing throughout our game giving our supporters on the sideline something to cheer about. Great effort in goals to Amanda starting the season with a clean sheet, awesome defending from our strong back line and the mid field held the team together bringing the ball to the forwards who were then able to have numerous shots at goal. This was a positive way to start the season, and we are all looking forward to continuing this by building on our skill set during training and match games each week. Great game girls!
